After receiving the variance for our County from the State, our leadership has decided to re-launch our in-person worship services beginning Sunday, June 7th. Service times will remain the same: Blended - 8:00am & Contemporary - 10:30am. There will be no Sunday School or Children's programming for the time being.
We have made some changes to our services in the order of our services as well. We will begin with 2-3 songs, then the sermon, 2-3 more songs, then a time of communion and offering. Communion will be located at stations in the auditorium and the overflow room. After the meditation, you can get up and get your communion, take it at the station, and place the cups in the trash bins next to the stations. At this point you can return to your seats. Offering will be taken at the end of the service as you leave. Deacons will be stationed by the exits with plates that you can drop your offering in as you exit. The prayer time has also been placed at the end of the service and there will be a prayer team at the front of the auditorium available to pray for anyone that needs prayer. Prayer cards will be given to the church staff to be prayed over during the week.
Services will be streamed to the Fellowship Hall as well to help ensure social distancing guidelines are met. The church building will be sanitized after each service and new touchless hand sanitizing stations have been ordered as well.
Prowers County Public Health and Environment has also issued guidelines for places of worship under the new variance. Please do your best to follow these guidelines:
